What En Masse is

En Masse (enmasse.app), run by RicochetB2B, is a free tool for groups to collect holiday options, vote on them and decide together. It’s a planning tool – not a travel agent.

We don’t sell holidays

We never take bookings or payments. When you choose a holiday, you book it directly with the travel company, on their terms. They’re responsible for the booking, the payment, customer service and any financial protection (such as ATOL). Please check the details with them before you book.

Prices are estimates

Prices on En Masse are added by people in your group and are rough estimates – they’re not live and may be out of date. Per-person and per-room amounts are simple sums, not quotes. Always check the real price with the travel company.

Commission

Some “Book with…” links are affiliate links. If you book through one, we may earn a commission from the travel company. It doesn’t change the price you pay, and it never decides which holidays you can add or how they’re shown.

Boards and links

• Anyone with a board’s link can view it and join, so only share it with people you’re planning with.
• The organiser link lets you manage and delete the board. Keep it to yourself – anyone who has it can do the same.
• We can’t recover a lost organiser link, so save it somewhere safe.

What you add

You’re responsible for what you add to a board. Please don’t add anything that:

• is unlawful, offensive or abusive, or shares someone else’s private information without good reason;
• you don’t have the right to share – for example, photos you don’t own, beyond screenshots for planning;
• is spam, or tries to break, overload or misuse the site.

You keep ownership of what you add. You give us permission to store it and show it to people with the board link so the service works. We may remove anything that breaks these rules.

Other websites

Holidays link to other people’s websites. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content, prices or how they treat your information.

The service

En Masse is free and provided as it is. We work hard to keep it running and your boards safe, but we can’t promise it’ll always be available or error-free, and we may change or stop features. As far as the law allows, we’re not liable for losses arising from using it – including decisions made on the basis of prices or details shown on a board. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t legally be limited, such as for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your rights as a consumer.

Changes and the law

We may update these terms; the date at the top will change when we do. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, though if you live elsewhere in the UK you can also rely on your local law and courts.
